Use it or lose it!

Use it or lose it!

As we approach the Summer Solstice (for the Northern Hemisphere) with its longest day on 21 June it is worth making a mental note of the Sunrise and Sunset Times on that day. Sunrise is at 5.04am and Sunset is at 9.29pm. We should remind ourselves how precious these extra hours of daylight are and enjoy the early morning or late evening.

So why not shake up your daily routine and set your alarm an hour earlier and take yourself off for an early morning walk, or early evening enjoy a stroll, bike ride or even a picnic.
