I am slim, fit & active & looking for the same in a lady. My friends tell me that I have a good sense of humour & a loving, caring nature. I enjoy nature & the Great Outdoors & I have travelled extensively in this country by car, cycling & on foot. I have walked nearly all of the hills & mountains in South & Mid Wales & some in North Wales, the Lake District & Scotland in my time, but I'm limited these days by my right knee!
I have lived & worked abroad for 17 years in East & Southern Africa in my profession as a civil engineer, but I have lived the majority of my life in Wales.
I enjoy certain sports & still play badminton & table tennis at a social level. I still cycle fairly regularly with an over 60's group mainly locally, but I've just returned from a cycling holiday with them in Slovenia & Croatia.
I enjoy dancing & attend a weekly dance class in ballroom & Latin American dancing.
I am an animal lover, in particular dogs & horses, but I no longer have a dog & I've never owned a horse.
