Hello! I find that in so many ways, the simple things in life are what I take the greatest pleasure from. I'm unconventional in many ways, fit and very active and love walking. I try to be grounded in Mother Earth and the beauty of nature in all its many forms. I'm not into organised religion, but I'm spiritually aware. Initially shy, I can find the confidence needed when the situation demands it. I'm not loud, agressive or a bully - just very gentle, loving, caring, and easy-going.
I'm in touch with my feminine side, am artistic and creative: I paint, illustrate and sometimes create my own music - music for the body and soul. I enjoy being immersed in the great outdoors and would love to have that special someone to accompany me. The sea is very special to me (my ideal place to live would have the sea on one side and the countryside on the other), as are animals and their welfare. I strive to be ethically aware and mindful of how I impact upon the environment. Music is a passion and I enjoy lots of styles and genres. I usually have several books on the go, mainly non-fiction, but I do quite like short stories.
I'm an affectionate, generous and thoughtful person who would love to meet someone with whom to share some passions and values, whilst mutually inspiring and supporting each other. I don't want to be too prescriptive, but maybe we can find some common ground. Perhaps you like to rummage in charity shops, or poke around a musty book shop. You are probably happy in a t-shirt and jeans, or a big floppy cardigan and wellies. Natural and unconventional is good :)
