I am a professional woman working in the NHS and also seeking to a achieve a good life balance . I have many interests and I love to keep fit by walking , swimming and I also appreciate being close to nature I am passionate about garden and garden design and also interior design . I am a sociable and friendly person and also love all sorts of music and enjoy attending live music events, and dancing . I like to eat as healthily as I can , eating a good balance of fruit , vegetables fish and a little meat . Have to confess to enjoying a good glass or so of red wine also!!! Recently I have become increasingly interested in Yoga and the mental and health benefits of this practice I am a tactile , affectionate and kind person I must add that I do have a very good sense of humour and enjoy nothing more than a good laugh with friends.
