I''m a quiet person, enthusiastic about walking and the outdoors (I belong to a local walking group and occasionally lead walks myself), art galleries and museums, music (mostly classical), reading (particularly biography) and voluntary activities (such as helping with conservation work on a nature reserve).
I''m interested in environmental issues, Germany and learning German, personal growth, agriculture and animal welfare. Im a vegetarian. Ive given up flying and aim to travel lightly.
Spiritually I''m agnostic in my head and atheist in my heart with a leaning towards unitarianism but am interested in what I can learn from any school of wisdom to apply to life. Im politically left of centre with a growing tendency towards green.
My background is in life sciences but I currently work as an editor on business learning materials and a variety of freelance projects.
