I am a 63 year old woman, youthful, fit and healthy. I have been a practicing Buddhist for 40 years, and come from a Jewish family background. I''m trained as a yoga teacher and a professional counsellor, and also have been involved with co-counselling for many years. I''m vegetarian and a non-drinker.
I enjoy country and coastpath walking, swimming in the sea, cycling, gardening, baking bread, painting, singing, dancing and sawing wood for my open fire! I have two grown-up sons who live away from home.
I am a peace activist and go to Israel and Palestine each year to support grass-roots peace initiatives. I also help organise events for the local multicultural network.
Now I''m semi-retired and, having been single for some years, I''m looking for a male friend/companion with whom to share time and interests. It has to be someone with integrity but not necessarily identical interests to mine!
